Her passion for real estate investing began In the late 70's, when Gabrielle was just 19 years old. She has been purchasing real estate consistently ever since. She currently has over 25 years of real estate investing experience and owns real estate in four states – California, Nevada, Arizona and Ohio – as well as international real estate investments. She has her California Real Estate License and works with numerous brokers to ensure every real estate transaction is completed properly and is successful. After many years of employment with the largest consulting firm in the world, Gabrielle left in 2001 to run her Real Estate business full-time. Prior to her departure, she was responsible for running their fourth largest office globally. Her experience included managing five offices with 200+ employees who provided support for over 2,500 practice personnel. During that time, she successfully implemented significant changes to accommodate an office growth rate of 27% annually, which included acquiring 250,000 square feet of office space. She was responsible for office expansions, build-outs, and worked heavily with commercial real estate brokers, architects, and contractors. Although her expertise has always been in real estate and operations, she was well suited for ensuring that all aspects of office building expansion, moves, etc. ran smoothly. Although she is experienced in most all real estate holdings, Gabrielle's specialty is investing in positive cash flow rental houses. She has worked with numerous investors to successfully invest in cash flow properties and is currently working in the Ohio market investing for clients and for herself. Gabrielle's mission is to create, purchase, rent, sell or trade real estate investments that are highly profitable and successful. Her vision is to identify and analyze all real estate opportunities, and then invest in profitable properties and investments for positive cash flow, long-term income and capital gain.
